Dr. Graham Carr has been the Vice-President of Research and Graduate Studies since 2012.  He became the chair of the Department of History in 2004, and has since held a series of administrative positions at Concordia. The history professor was appointed dean of graduate studies in March 2010, after serving as associate dean, research and graduate studies, in Concordia’s Faculty of Arts and Science from 2006 to 2010.

Mr. Norman Hébert Jr. has been the Chair of the Board of Governors at Concordia University since 2008.  He is the president and chief executive officer of Groupe Park Avenue Inc., a family company and one of Canada’s first multi-franchise automobile dealership operations, for more than 20 years.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hébert has received many prestigious awards and accolades.  He has served on several boards, including Hydro-Québec and Société des alcools du Québec which he chaired from 2006 to 2013. As well, he has served and currently serves on several boards in the automotive industry and charitable organizations, such as Centraide of Greater Montreal and the Hôpital Charles-Lemoyne Foundation.

Mr. Roger Côté has been the Vice-President of Services since 2011.  He oversees the units that run the university’s day-to-day operations and functions.  He has held several, key management positions at the university. In 1981, he joined Concordia as director for the Loyola Campus Centre, and since then has served as director of the Financial Aid and Awards Office, executive director, Enrolment and Student Services, and an associate VP overseeing Enrolment and Student Services.
